The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, ensuring clean processing that highlights the beans' natural sweetness and bright fruit characteristics.

Wow, what a fantastic cup of coffee. It has a bright and fruity profile of mixed berries, redcurrant jam, and some lemon, with a nice honey-oat background. Full-flavored and bright without being acidic. I prepared it in a French press at 198F with great results. I'm excited to try it as a pour over and cold brew too - I think the fruit notes will produce a wonderful sweet, strawberry-leaning cold brew.
