Origin Story:

Grown by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the northern highlands of Peru at elevations between 1,100-1,700 meters, these beans benefit from ideal coffee-growing conditions: rich clay mineral soils, perfect highland temperatures, and careful cultivation by cooperative farmers. The coffee is gully washed and sun-dried before undergoing the gentle Swiss Water decaffeination process.

The Swiss Water Process:

Unlike chemical decaffeination methods, the Swiss Water Process uses only water, temperature, and time to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavor compounds. This results in a clean, flavorful cup that tastes like exceptional coffee—not like typical decaf.
